High School Canyon Challenge Business Pitch Competition

- This event has passed.
GCU invites your school to participate in a special Canyon Challenge business pitch competition. We have selected your school because of its innovative business education and dedication to the entrepreneurial spirit of our future business leaders.
Now is your chance for your school to form a team and develop a three-minute business pitch based on one of the following topics:
After your team develops their idea and perfects the presentation, your designated faculty teacher or advisor will select the best single presentation to represent your school. Presentations must be high quality and easily understood. To submit the chosen presentation, upload directly to YouTube (presentations must be viewable to the public) and email the presentation link to [email protected] with your high school’s name as the subject line.
Colangelo College of Business (CCOB) Dean Dr. Randy Gibb, along with Chair of Entrepreneurism Tim Kelley, will review all entries and select the top three finalists.
On Dec. 3 at 4 pm AZ Time, CCOB will host the Canyon Challenge pitch event for upstart businesses developed by GCU students. During the event, each of the top three high school finalists will have their pitch shown live. At the end of the challenge, Dr. Gibb and Mr. Kelley will select the first, second and third place high school teams. All finalist team members will receive a custom High School Canyon Challenge award.
